This tape confirms the Police conspiracy against myself but also highlights another (identical) case wherein the Jersey Police employ the same methods to gain an unlawful conviction through lies that were told by the police.
This other case was dealt with on appeal by P. Bailhache in the Royal Court. The plaintiff (after paying for his own lawyer) was acquitted, and the Policemen involved, received NO PUNISHMENT for their conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, and their fabrication of evidence.
