Para 1: "Myself and two other officers therefore used truncheons to force open Evans grip." These were the truncheon/finger marks, as commented on in photograph's 6 and 7 of "the beating that never was" !!!
Para 1: "Evans was then handcuffed and carried to the police van." Err, no he fucking well wasn't ! He was then tilted head down and his face was run along the tarmac until it ended up being rammed underneath the front wheel arch/valence of a white car that was parked up. This is where he got his nose sliced. Photograph's Don't Lie, Policemen Do !!!!!
Thank The Lord we are finished with this idiot, for a while anyhoo.
I cannot even be bothered commenting on this page, except for two points.
Para 3: "Evans was placed against the bonnet of the police car." Err, no he wasn't, he was kicked and sticked on the knee's, and beaten to the floor. Even if he was placed on the bonnet, why does PC Parker not say this in his statement ???
Para 3: "He placed both his hands beneath himself, while lying face down and locked them in a grip together, through his belt hoops." Oh my fucking God, that's fucking amazing, PC fucking Bisson, has x-ray fucking vision !!! He can see right through my body and tell us all what I was doing with my hands. Well Bisson old chap, you were wrong, I was fidgeting with my nuts !
One other point worthy of note from this paragraph, how do you get both your hands through belt hoops ? I am getting really sick of the crap coming from this idiot. Let's move on to the last page of his statement, THANK CHRIST.
Para 1: "Evans pushed PC Parker away". Ok, that is assaulting a police officer, why no charges ?
"he continued to shout and swear at the top of his voice". Again, what was said ?
Para 2: "Evans was becoming very volatile and threatening PC Parker." Again, what was said ? In Jersey, shouting a threat at anyone can be classed as an assault, or a Grave & Criminal Assault. Especially if directed toward a police officer, and if with a threat of physical violence toward said officer's, so why no charges ?
"as I moved closer to Evans, he stated he would fucking have us all if I moved any closer." Why does PC Parker make no mention of this threat in his statement ? Another threat, and one of physical violence with which to charge me, but no charge was preferred.
Para 3: "Evans then began to go through his pockets and he removed a red Swiss army knife from his pocket." So, there I am, seething with rage, out of control, screaming and shouting at the top of my voice, having already assaulted one police officer and twice threatened all officers, once with physical violence !!! and I calmly empty my own pockets and hand over a knife to PC Parker ????? It's FUCKING ALICE IN WONDERLAND ISN'T IT, REALLY !
Para 4: "At this point, Evans began to shout at PC Parker, stating he wanted his knife back". Can any of you seriously believe this crap ?
"Evans then grabbed hold of PC Parker's wrist's." Yet another assault, but no charges preferred, why the hell not ? Also, PC Parker, at this point, says that I grabbed his jacket then his wrist's, why does Bisson not say this ?
Hello and sorry people, I have been busy with my Facebook Group of the same name. This story is also on my group in the photo section, and is much more advanced than my blog at this present moment. If you should wish to view it, go to Facebook groups, then search, Ian Evans Against Jersey Corruption & Police Brutality. Then scroll down to the photo section in the left hand column and read from the bottom of the last page, backwards and upwards to follow the story.
It has been a bit of a whirlwind of late, with much more Police & Jersey Corruption coming to light !!! Please check out the Voice For Children blog spot & Senator Syvret blog spot for details.
Well, we now have a statement from PC A.Bisson to compare with my version of events, and indeed, with PC Parker's statement. First point of note is that Parker and Bisson's statements were written on the same morning, some may find this strange, some not !
At the bottom of the first page, Bisson says " PC Parker requested Evans to get into the police vehicle. Evans refused, shouting and swearing at PC Parker. Evans was very aggitated and was becoming very aggressive". Well Mr Bisson, what was said ? The police never seem to write these swear words down, funny that !
Are we also to believe that three serving police officers, are that stupid as to ask someone to get into a police car without searching the person, or handcuffing them first? Well, it is Jersey.
